An organisation that invests in the welfare of its staff stands to reap the benefits of their hard work and loyalty, as such, a viable pension scheme to support staff in their retirement years is always welcome.

The Ghana Education Service Occupational Pension Scheme (GESOPS), a Tier-2 pension scheme registered with and regulated by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority, provides such an important safety net for the future of the staff of the GES.

I have had the opportunity to navigate the GESOPS website and find it visually appealing, functional, interactive and well-tailored to the needs of the scheme’s members and stakeholders. It is my sincere hope that the website will enhance the scheme’s interaction with its members and stakeholders, and enhance their customer service experience.
